Episode 4 recap: I am a little bird.

Several people, including Chen Ting, provided cover for each other, finally allowing She Zhenzhen and Wang Qinghui to slip into the kitchen. Zhang Tian Guan, using the excuse of wanting to interview Tiger Power, repeatedly interrupted Uncle Wei's activities. Chen Ting took the opportunity to slip into the kitchen. Just when everyone thought everything was perfectly arranged, Lin Hao suddenly walked in. Zhang Tian Guan, upon seeing Lin Hao, couldn't help but panic a little. While chatting, Lin Hao blurted out about Chen Ting changing majors. Chen Ting, who was completely clueless about the situation outside, boasted about his knife skills, unaware that he had become a laughingstock.

Lin Hao looked confused, realizing that he had said the wrong thing. Uncle Wei looked at everyone before carefully teaching them. Chen Ting was very obedient and apologized to everyone. They thought everything had calmed down and could be put behind them. However, as soon as Chen Ting entered the door, he was severely reprimanded. Chen Ting didn't back down and confronted his father directly. Even so, Uncle Wei didn't give up on the idea of making him change his major and took him directly to Zhang Laoshi's office the next day.

Zhang Tian Guan saw Chen Ting and his father from afar. The people who should have been in class had returned. As soon as Uncle Wei entered the room, he shouted about changing majors. Zhang Laoshi was at a loss, not knowing what had happened. Chen Ting was even more troublesome. The two of them started arguing loudly, and the situation quickly became chaotic. In a hurry, Zhang Laoshi took Chen Ting outside to hear his true thoughts, whether he truly liked auto repair or if it was just an impulsive decision. Zhang Laoshi was well aware that Chen Ting slept in class every day and spent his free time in cooking class or accounting class. He didn't seem like someone who enjoyed auto repair.

Chen Ting also told Zhang Laoshi about his thoughts. He grew up with his father making all the decisions, big and small, and he didn't have the freedom to choose. Moreover, his father always saw him as worthless and incapable of anything, which he hated. Uncle Wei looked at Zhang Tian Guan's certificate in the office and unconsciously praised him. However, he didn't expect that Zhang Laoshi had a completely different way of educating, resulting in two completely different sons.

After Zhang Laoshi communicated with Chen Ting, he successfully convinced Uncle Wei. The midterm exam would determine the outcome. If Chen Ting performed well, he would continue in the auto repair class. If not, he would have to change his major. The once chaotic office finally quieted down. Chen Ting swore to study hard and went to the classroom early. However, when he opened the book, he couldn't understand anything and was mocked by his classmates. Before long, he fell asleep again, and the morning passed in a daze.

Just as I walked out, I ran into Wang Qinghui. Wang Qinghui was carrying a lot of food. When he heard that I was going to find Brother Bao'an for the keys, he didn't hesitate to give me a box of the food he had prepared. I wanted to impress Wang Qinghui and express my feelings to She Zhenzhen, to make him believe in me and show him my strengths. But Wang Qinghui couldn't figure out what his own strengths were throughout the journey.

I brought She Zhenzhen to the training room, but to my surprise, there was still an old and worn-out motorcycle. She Zhenzhen was very disappointed, and I couldn't understand why she was so mysterious about motorcycles. She Zhenzhen started the motorcycle and made me put my hand on the engine to feel its breath. We were so close, and my face turned slightly red from holding back. Just when we were both awkward and didn't know what to do, Zhang Tian Guan suddenly rushed in and gave me a notebook filled with stories about Tiger Power.

When I got home, I started reviewing my knowledge of engines. I didn't read much before my eyelids started fighting each other. I rummaged through my backpack and found the notebook Zhang Tian Guan had written. I couldn't help but start reading it. Surprisingly, the more I read, the more interesting it became. I completely forgot about She Zhenzhen's explanation of engine principles. Even the next day when I returned to school, I couldn't bear to part with the notebook. Even though I was holding a textbook on automotive repair in my hands, my eyes kept stealing glances at the notebook on the table.
