Episode 6 recap: The Light of Wenren intends to save people.
The Light of Wenren poisoned Shangguan Zhengdao's wine, claiming that he learned cooking because of the Light of Wenren. The Light of Wenren enjoys eating but dislikes the skills of the chefs in the mansion. Therefore, he pretends to be reading secret manuals while actually studying the recipes inside, secretly learning how to cook. Shangguan Zhengdao says that this wine was also brewed for the Light of Wenren and that he had the opportunity to pursue his own interests because of him. Shangguan Zhengdao advises the Light of Wenren not to drink it.
Shangguan Zhengdao mentions that there is a silver ring inside the wine, which he placed for the Light of Wenren. Unexpectedly, the silver ring turned black when poured out. The Light of Wenren expresses surprise that someone dared to poison them. Shangguan Zhengdao thinks that since he hasn't been harmed, they should let it go. When the Light of Wenren returns, he realizes that Xuanwu is very fast. The High Priest explains that they were preserving their strength before, but now they will follow the lead of the sect leader.
The Light of Wenren believes that these are just ordinary recipes, but the High Priest thinks that they have not fully understood them yet. Currently, the Azure Dragon has been transferred to Shangguan Zhengdao's private residence. The Light of Wenren and the others hurry over, as it is said that the people from the Demon Sect are subjected to torture there, and there are no remains left. When they enter, they find Shangguan Zhengdao holding a knife.
In fact, over the years, Shangguan Zhengdao has brought all the adversaries he eliminated to this place.
