Episode 7 recap: Shangguan Zhengdao knows Wenren Zhiguang's identity as the Light of the Demon Sect.
Shangguan Zhengdao had them work and farm here instead of killing them. It was only then that Wenren Zhiguang realized that Shangguan Zhengdao had done so much. He decided that after this matter was resolved, he would clarify things with the leader and explain that Shangguan Zhengdao and the Demon Sect could still coexist peacefully. Shangguan Zhengdao mentioned that he already knew Wenren Zhiguang's identity as a member of the Demon Sect. Wenren Zhiguang asked how he knew, and Shangguan Zhengdao revealed that he had been poisoned by Wenren Zhiguang himself, so there was no way he wouldn't know.
Shangguan Zhengdao didn't blame Wenren Zhiguang and this touched him deeply. Xuanwu felt that a good man like Shangguan Zhengdao should be cherished by Wenren Zhiguang.
