Episode 8 recap: Liang Jing reported Wang Hai.

Liang Jing knew about Wang Hai's transfer of company funds. After obtaining the recorded conversations of Li Yan, she demanded that Li Yan hand over the real account books to the tax bureau, assuring her that she wouldn't be treated unfairly. Soon, the company's wrongdoing was exposed, and a large fine had to be paid. Wang Hai, unable to take care of his mother in the hospital, immediately rushed back to the company. Liang Jing kindly offered to take care of her and reassured Wang Hai to focus on handling the situation at the company.

Upon returning to the company and paying the fine, there was hardly any money left in the company's account. However, employee salaries and payments for goods still needed to be made. Wang Hai was worried and didn't know what to do. At that moment, a general manager approached him with a large order for cooperation. The order had a tight delivery deadline and unlimited liability. Worried about potential issues, Wang Hai hesitated, but the general manager was ready to find someone else without any hesitation. Desperate for funds, Wang Hai quickly held onto the general manager and they agreed on the contract on the spot.

Wang Hai accepted the new order but didn't have the money to pay for the raw materials. He intended to obtain credit, but since he hadn't settled the previous debt, he had no one left to ask for credit. The bank also refused to provide a loan. Wang Hai shifted his focus to Liang Jing and deliberately had an employee call her, making sure she saw how worried he was about the company's situation. Liang Jing took the initiative to suggest selling their overseas property to help Wang Hai in his urgent situation. Wang Hai pretended to be emotionally moved and embraced Liang Jing, while a triumphant smile formed at the corner of his mouth.

Selling the property would take a considerable amount of time, but Wang Hai couldn't wait. With Liang Jing's intervention, he ended up signing a loan agreement with Liu Yue's friend, using the company as collateral.
