Episode 6 recap: Report Lin Tianyu for fraud.
The principal of the dance school wanted to meet Anxin at the hospital, so Qin Feng came over to deliver the message. Anxin understood that the principal's intention was nothing more than to terminate her contract, so she didn't want to meet him. Helpless, the principal asked Qin Feng to explain the purpose of his visit and asked him to handle Anxin's procedures at the dance school. Qin Feng went to the dance school, and the principal gave him a card with a total of ninety thousand yuan, including Anxin's salary and an additional thirty thousand yuan.
The principal wanted to keep Anxin's dance public account, but Qin Feng believed that it was Anxin's personal account and the only remnant of her dance career. Therefore, he refused the principal's request. When leaving the dance school, Qin Feng saw a large promotional photo of Anxin being taken down by the school, and he felt uncomfortable about it.
Qin Feng's mother came to the hospital to see Anxin and couldn't help but complain to Qin Feng about Anxin's princess-like attitude, urging him not to indulge her. Qin Feng hurriedly explained to his mother that anyone in such a situation would not feel good, and now Anxin locked herself in the ward, not even allowing the curtains to be opened. He stayed in the ward with Anxin, like two mice hiding in the dark. However, he didn't dare to say these things to Anxin because she would only appear calm when they didn't speak.
After seeing his mother off, Qin Feng couldn't bear the pain and tears welled up again. The female worker, Axiu, saw him wiping away tears and reported the matter to Zhao Xiufang. In fact, when Qin Feng was absent, Axiu often took Anxin out in a wheelchair, but Anxin always wore a mask when they went out. To help Anxin adapt to the outside world, Zhao Xiufang and Axiu took Anxin out, pretending to plan a recipe, and then tried to push her back. Their guess was correct, Anxin voluntarily stayed behind.
Anxin learned that her mother was following a professional coach for weight loss, and she was worried that her mother was being deceived. She took her mother's phone to check it and accidentally discovered that the weight loss coach was her former colleague, Lin Tianyu. Lin Tianyu was also a dance teacher, but because of his straightforward personality, he often spoke the truth to parents who forced their children to learn dance, which not only displeased the principal but also led to fights with parents on several occasions.
Lin Tianyu didn't understand why Zhao Xiufang was so desperate to lose weight. Zhang Xiufang didn't hide it from him and told him about the bet between her and her daughter. When he learned that her daughter was a dance teacher, he realized that her daughter was Anxin. After Anxin had an accident, the teachers from the dance school went to visit her, but Lin Tianyu was unwilling to go. He could understand Anxin's feelings, and what she needed now was definitely not the consolation of a colleague.
Zhao Xiufang watched Anxin from a distance and saw her take off her mask and look at her phone. She walked over to strike while the iron was hot and wanted to take Anxin to the park. But when she saw that Anxin firmly refused to go out, Zhao Xiufang couldn't help but scold her. Everyone's patience has its limits, and if she doesn't die, she must live well. However, Anxin told her mother that if they were all tired of her, then she should let her fate take its course.
Seeing Anxin like this, Zhao Xiufang had no choice but to push her back into the ward. Chen Ruohua's three roommates were playing cards and chatting. Zhao Xiuli overheard them talking about boyfriends and work, and she couldn't help but criticize them, asking if they had forgotten their parents' nurturing. Because of their offensive remarks, she couldn't help but argue with them.
Seeing her mother and roommates quarrel like this, Chen Ruohua decided to rent a house. However, the housing supply around the school was very tight, and she was worried about it. Suddenly, Zhou Tianze called her. Zhou Tianze knew that Chen Ruohua was looking for a place to rent, so he had already rented one for her in advance and even arranged a tricycle to help her move. Zhao Xiuli wanted Zhou Tianze to stay for dinner, but he left after finishing the work.
When Zhao Xiufang went to training, Lin Tianyu bought her professional running shoes, knee pads, and other fitness essentials as a reward for successfully losing ten kilograms. After the gym class ended, Lin Tianyu returned to the dance class but was called over by the principal and scolded. Someone reported him for fraud, and to his surprise, the person who reported him turned out to be Anxin.
To be frank, losing weight and losing both legs are not even in the same league, let alone the same concept. They can't elicit the same level of empathy. Let me give you an example: If someone I deeply love were to lose their legs or their health, the emotions of worry, sadness, and anxiety alone would make me lose my appetite, have trouble sleeping, and visibly lose weight at a rapid pace.
There would be no need for deliberate weight loss, nor would there be time to focus on exercise or running. Unfortunately, this is the only TV drama that, even after reading the synopsis, I have no desire to watch.
This drama feels so real, it really resonates with me and the people around me. In real life, there aren't that many highlights and good things happening, right?
Ordinary college students are just like Chen Ruo Hua, dealing with various issues with their parents. It's difficult to find a job after graduation, failing in civil service exams, and even romantic relationships don't always go smoothly.
They are not extraordinary geniuses, but rather, they are individuals who, like the flow of a river in society, go through hardships, ups and downs, and struggle to move forward.
It's a great drama, and I recommend everyone to watch it.
She claims she doesn't favor boys over girls, but when her aunt mentioned swapping children, she blurted out, "But Ruoxuan won't do." She may say she doesn't favor boys over girls, but you had to take on part-time tutoring jobs just to buy yourself a used phone and computer, while her younger brother simply finished a competition and stayed at home, and she gifted him a brand-new phone of the same model as yours.
She packages her favoritism as "It's for your own good" and "I tailor my teaching methods to your abilities." She gives so little love, yet so much. It's so little that you feel out of place and cold in this family, and so much that you can't bear to cut her off or completely sever ties with this family.
Different age groups have their own values, perspectives, thoughts, and attitudes, and these may also change due to different experiences. Sometimes, they may even completely overturn their previous beliefs.
This is my personal life insight, and it can also be seen and reflected in the character Chen Ruo Hua. I understand her desire for purity in first love, and I understand her longing for love from her mother when there was no love, and her resistance to love when there is love.
She has always been very poised and normal (at least in the first ten episodes), just like most ordinary girls - studying diligently, treating people with courtesy, and living a diligent and orderly life.
Just like what Yang Chao Yue, the actress who plays the role today, interpreted, some things are hard to understand unless you personally experience them, even if someone who has been through it tells you.
Different perspectives lead to different opinions, and we can't say who is right or wrong, we can only say what is reasonable and understandable. The drama is only halfway through, and I am looking forward to the development of the plot in the later episodes, as well as seeing Chen Ruo Hua transform from a youth in school uniform to a beautiful and stunning young girl!
