Episode 18 recap: Child Nian made a mistake.
Liao Yuncheng believed that Child Nian should not have gone to meet the Minister of the Production Department. Child Nian stated that they had already sent a message to Liao Yuncheng earlier. Liao Yuncheng felt that Child Nian did not realize the seriousness of the situation at all and wondered what Child Nian would do if they couldn't catch up. Child Nian promised to always listen to Liao Yuncheng in the future. After returning, Child Nian kept thinking about this matter. Liao Yuncheng called Child Nian and asked if she was still afraid, mentioning that he had been on the phone with Child Nian and heard that the sound of the keyboard helps with sleep.
As Child Nian was listening, she fell asleep. The Minister called Child Nian and Xiao Zhou together, stating that there is a task of replacing sleepers in a workshop recently, and he assigned it to them. Xiao Zhou asked Child Nian to write down the quantity and sign her name.
Child Nian wrote it all down and felt that Xiao Zhou's attitude was very polite, which was somewhat inexplicable. The delivery person arrived and said they had twenty-four cubic meters of sleepers and asked Child Nian to sign for them quickly. Child Nian was very surprised and realized that she forgot to include the unit; if the unit is not specified, it defaults to cubic meters. Child Nian felt very guilty, but the Minister said he would handle it.
