Tong Nian originally intended to go home, but she felt particularly uncomfortable and ended up lying on a chair by the roadside. Tong Nian, in a daze, saw Liao Yuncheng and expressed her regret, stating that she didn't want to break up with him. Tong Nian recalled something from the past when she gave Liao Yuncheng an egg tart, claiming that she made it herself. However, Tong Nian forgot to remove the label, and Liao Yuncheng immediately recognized that it was bought from the shop at the entrance.
Tong Nian and her friends went to karaoke and drew a dare, which was to confess to the person at the top of her WeChat list. The person at the top of Tong Nian's WeChat list was Liao Yuncheng. She called him and had a drink, confessing that she liked him. Liao Yuncheng asked if Tong Nian's confession was a sincere statement or part of the dare. Dong Qiu Fen taught Tong Nian to say that if Liao Yuncheng agreed, it meant it was sincere, and if he didn't, it was part of the dare.
Tong Nian waited for Liao Yuncheng downstairs and overheard someone saying that she wasn't good enough for him. Liao Yuncheng hurriedly ran over, apologized to Tong Nian, and explained that he had eaten something. Tong Nian was also unhappy, wondering if Liao Yuncheng only cared about his experiments. It seemed that this happened every time, and she wondered if he was still her boyfriend. Tong Nian overheard the professor and Liao Yuncheng talking, and she learned that Liao Yuncheng had received a full scholarship from Columbia University. The professor advised him not to give up this opportunity.
Tong Nian didn't expect that Liao Yuncheng was planning to go abroad without telling her, which made her extremely sad. She sent a message to Liao Yuncheng, stating that she wanted to break up.
