Episode 8 recap: Ling Wenyu secretly investigated the Song residence and was in danger of being exposed.
Ling Wenyu was locked in a room. Just as she was about to pry open the door to escape, she saw Song Zhenyuan standing at the doorway and noticed her brooch on the floor. In order to prevent Ling Wenyu from being exposed, Duan Xunchuchu immediately hid her behind him.
