Episode 16 recap: Cheng Yao's mother discovered that the two of them were living together.
Because of Qian Heng's help to Cheng Yao, Cheng Xi bought a lot of things to thank Qian Heng. When Qian Heng returned home, Wu Jun complained to him about meeting Cheng Xi again. Qian Heng mentioned that Cheng Xi gave him a gift, which made Wu Jun naturally want it. So Qian Heng also gave the gift to Wu Jun.
