Episode 12 recap: Xiao Yi Cheng and Lin Xi became neighbors.
Xiao Yi Cheng left with Pete. Originally, Xiao Yi Cheng promised to buy him ice cream, but now he suddenly changed his mind. Pete felt a bit disappointed, especially since Lin Xi had Cheng Yao by her side, which made things complicated. Just then, Xiao Yi Cheng saw a real estate agent showing a house next to Lin Xi's place. Xiao Yi Cheng suddenly had an idea.
Wei Tian had been carrying Tan Sha Sha on his back when suddenly he received a phone call. In the morning when they were getting ready for work, Xiao Yi Cheng invited Lin Xi to come together, but she declined.
Today was the day when Lin Xi brought her subordinate to visit Xiao Yi Cheng's company. Lin Xi also saw photos of Xiao Yi Cheng during his time in the United States and couldn't deny that going abroad was the right choice for him. Xiao Yi Cheng had indeed become very successful.
Xiao Yi Cheng's subordinate informed one of Lin Xi's colleagues about their upcoming IPO. The whole project was actually quite complex and involved many specialized fields. The next day, Lin Xi went to see her teacher, hoping to gain some inspiration and guidance. Translating the company's name into English in a memorable and meaningful way was not an easy task.
