Episode 19 recap: Chu Ze'an admits that he is Chu Zejia.
Chu Ze'an presented a video in which Chu Zejia was severely ill. He transferred all his shares to Chu Ze'an and appointed him as his successor. The shareholders were excited upon seeing this, but Yan Zhen found it hard to believe. When she learned that Catherine, Chu Ze'an's fiancée, would return to the country in a week to marry Chu Ze'an, her mood plummeted.
Upon hearing this news, Chu Xin also couldn't accept it and looked at Chu Ze'an with confusion. Suddenly, Gu Cheng presented a video proving that Chu Ze'an's will was fake. In the video, Chu Ze'an himself took the will from the bedside, while Chu Zejia had clearly placed the will in his own hand, clearly stating that all the shares were to be left to Yan Zhen.
Yan Zhen, in a daze, watched the plot twist, recalling what Chu Zejia had said about his mission to protect his loved ones. She left the meeting room in a dazed state. Chu Xin, upon hearing the news of Chu Zejia's confirmed death, was deeply saddened. She went back to the Chu family's home and silently shed tears. She remembered the crystal ball she had always wanted, which Chu Zejia had bought for her. Despite his strictness, he always cared for her, making her feel even more distressed.
Yan Zhen felt drained of strength and returned home without even knowing which shoes to wear. Facing her bewildered reflection in the mirror, she didn't know how to process this news. Chu Ze'an rushed back to Yan Zhen's home and revealed to her that he is indeed Chu Zejia.
