Episode 24 recap: Gong Ye Qi confessed his past to Ji Wan Er.
Hua Qing Ge found Gong Ye Qi and learned that Ji Chu had a very difficult life in the southern country. Therefore, she wanted to know his past from Gong Ye Qi. Gong Ye Qi revealed that although everyone thought Ji Chu would enjoy wealth and prosperity after leaving, they didn't realize he was living a miserable life. It was by chance that Ji Chu and Gong Ye Qi met, and Gong Ye Qi had seen Ji Chu covered in injuries. Even in the midst of suffering, Ji Chu never shed a tear. They were both determined to seek revenge.
