Ji Chu wrote a farewell letter to Hua Qing Ge.After receiving a sudden letter, Hua Qing Ge hurriedly went to meet the person, only to discover that it was someone familiar, Ji Chu. Upon Ji Chu's return, Hua Qing Ge left the house and felt relieved upon learning that a maid was following.

Ji Chu's current goal is to rescue the emperor since the situation is tense. Ji Chu plans to personally lead a rescue mission for the emperor. Lin Xi Yao arrived at the main hall and saw Ji Yun, who seemed burdened with worries. Lin Xi Yao assured Ji Yun that the task entrusted to him had been completed, but Ji Yun still appeared unhappy. Lin Xi Yao continued to accompany Ji Yun by their side. Ji Yun admitted that they initially thought they would always be in a state of bliss, but after experiencing so much, they realized that things were not as ideal as they had imagined. Lin Xi Yao encouraged Ji Yun and reassured them that they were doing well in his heart. Ji Yun was genuinely happy for their sister, who had now found her own happiness. Being in the royal family meant that they couldn't make decisions independently, especially regarding marriage. However, being able to choose someone who loved them and whom they loved was already a difficult task. The next morning, Ji Yun was holding the coronation ceremony, but Gong Ye Qi and Ji Wan Er noticed that there was no one on the streets. In fact, there were more soldiers, and they felt that something was amiss. Gong Ye Qi could only guess that something unexpected had happened in the palace, as the entire city was guarded. Ji Wan Er suspected that the empress dowager was behind all this. She knew that Gong Ye Qi was eager to help, so this time she didn't stop him and even had him change into a guard's attire.

When Hua Qing Ge woke up, they realized they were already outside the city, accompanied only by their maid. There was a farewell letter on top of it all, revealing that Ji Chu had arranged everything. Ji Chu assumed that Hua Qing Ge wanted to return home, and Hua Qing Ge even threatened to die, but the maid paid no attention to her words.

In the evening, Ji Chu was prepared and waiting to storm the city gates. However, as soon as they reached the palace gate, Gong Ye Qi emerged and directly opened the gates, urging Ji Chu and the group to enter quickly. Ji Chu had already planned everything in advance and asked Gong Ye Qi to help neutralize the poison affecting the emperor. Ji Chu was determined to rescue the emperor at all costs.

The empress was still pretending to take care of the emperor when Duke Dingguo arrived. He mentioned that Ji Chu had already entered with troops, and the empress had long held murderous intentions towards Ji Chu. She demanded immediate knowledge of Ji Chu's fate. After writing the imperial edict, Ji Yun handed it over to Lin Xi Yao for safekeeping and then invited the empress to the main hall. They were well aware of Ji Chu's arrival and had made preparations accordingly.

Hua Qing Ge, accompanied by their martial arts-trained maid disguised as a palace maid, also arrived. However, they were quickly discovered by the guards. In a critical moment, Gong Ye Qi noticed them and promptly rescued them. Gong Ye Qi was surprised to see Hua Qing Ge there. Hua Qing Ge explained that Ji Chu had indeed sent them out of the city.

Initially, the maid did not agree to Hua Qing Ge's request, but when Hua Qing Ge's body began to turn transparent, they revealed everything to the maid. The maid was deeply moved and eventually agreed to secretly enter the palace with Hua Qing Ge.

Hua Qing Ge knew that Gong Ye Qi was going to rescue the emperor, while their main objective was to find Ji Chu. After Gong Ye Qi handed the map to Hua Qing Ge, they temporarily separated.
