Episode 5 recap: Ma Lingjin joined the company.
Ma Lingjin arrived at the company and bought coffee to thank Zhao Wu Di. Zhao Wu Di advised Ma Lingjin to work diligently and not be idle like her brother. W happened to come by and asked Zhao Wu Di how to talk, telling Ma Lingjin not to get too close to Zhao Wu Di, who is a married man. Ma Lingjin went back to work first. Ma Liu and the others discussed the matter and emphasized the importance of investigating the shareholders behind Shen Xingyu. Zhao Wu Di received a phone call revealing his true identity as a well-known security guard in the company who could handle most tasks and mysteriously resigned two years ago.
The caller provided an address, suggesting that if Zhao Wu Di didn't want others to know, he should go there. Zhao Wu Di left first and instructed Ma Liu not to let Shen Xingyu leave the company. Zhao Wu Di met with the woman, who expressed her admiration for him and invited him to her place. Zhao Wu Di refused, and they ended up fighting. Shen Xingyu received photos of Zhao Wu Di and the woman, showing them in an intimate manner, and decided to come over and see for himself. Zhao Wu Di had some drinks and felt dizzy, realizing that the woman had drugged him.
Shen Xingyu arrived, and Zhao Wu Di quickly explained that there was nothing between him and the woman. Shen Xingyu understood and took Zhao Wu Di away, stating that the woman was unworthy.
