A Jiu changed into the groom's attire and looked at himself in the mirror, feeling quite satisfied. However, he suddenly felt unwell and leaned against the counter, clutching his chest. Bai Kang, seeing this, knew that A Jiu's old illness had flared up and hurried to stew chicken soup to help A Jiu recover, so as to avoid any mishaps at the wedding tomorrow. Yu Hu suddenly appeared at Baicao Hall, and Bai Kang was stunned by her fresh and ethereal appearance. He remembered that he needed to stew the chicken soup and quickly left, but he couldn't forget about Yu Hu in his heart.
Yu Hu came on this adventure to prevent A Jiu from getting married because the blood wedding A Jiu had just seen in the mirror was a real occurrence from their past life.
