I gave it a five-star rating after watching the third episode. I thought it was purely a comedy, but it turned out to be a highly accomplished series of short dramas. Especially in the third episode, it had a hint of the vibe from "Secret No.9". We have our own "Erce" and "Pang CP" in China, Zhan Xin and Zhehua, Liu Bo and Aotian. They are all excellent creators and actors. Please continue writing and filming more of them!

The quality of the first three episodes gradually declines from 1 to 3. The first episode was decent with some puns and satirical elements, making it a passable sketch. However, the following two episodes became excessively melodramatic. With a total duration of 20 minutes, there's no need to insert flashbacks that last for over 5 minutes. The awkwardness couldn't even be alleviated by watching at 2x speed. I don't mind comedy incorporating sentimental moments, but directly playing emotional background music to manipulate tears is going too far. Especially the writer of the third episode deserves to be blacklisted. I suggest they consider writing for domestic horror films in the future (without ghosts).

Thought it was a comedy, but ended up in tears. In the third episode, I cried along with Liu Bo. He repeatedly pushed his younger brother off the cliff, and I thought he was a cruel brother. But it turns out, his actions were driven by guilt towards his brother and self-punishment. The final twist was so touching. He had been stuck in the past for 19 years, unable to move on.

Long-awaited but slightly disappointed. The script was well-crafted and the budget was sufficient, but there were too many forced emotional moments and melodramatic plotlines. The humor was lacking, making it hard to classify as a comedy. Only Episode 1 had a Hong Kong-style absurdity with the food critic's sarcastic comments. Episodes 2 and 3 were filled with intense and tragic love stories, which makes it difficult to recommend as a hilarious show because it's really not that funny.
However, Episode 8 showed some improvement. It made me cry, and I was deeply moved. It's heading in a better direction. I'll keep watching and hoping for more touching moments.

This is an anthology series with two male leads. The Americans have pure comedy with the basis and quirkiness of Pierce, while the British have the dark humor and suspenseful mystery of "Secret No. 9". "Young Master and Me" falls into the comedy and heartwarming (sentimental) category. After watching the first episode, I thought the production was good. By the second and third episodes, I was getting more hooked. Overall, I'd give it three and a half stars. The newcomers are still newcomers, their performance is decent, but there is room for improvement. Episodes 2, 3, and 10 can be considered outstanding, while the rest are mostly average. It's possible that due to censorship factors, the script wasn't easy to handle, but the overall quality didn't exceed expectations. The emotional scenes were performed better than the comedy scenes, fitting the saying that it's easier to make people cry than to make them laugh. However, I still have high hopes and hope they continue filming. The script needs improvement (and actually, the acting skills as well). Additionally, if there are more familiar faces or guest appearances, it might make it more interesting (if the script isn't strong enough, relying on star power could help boost it a bit).

Well, it's hard to say. The quality fluctuates, with some episodes being poorly executed and incredibly boring. There are several episodes that are extremely dull. However, the episode with the Land God is particularly adorable, both of them are adorable. I feel like Zhang Zhe Hua is somewhat like a character created by Zhan Xin. Sometimes, I genuinely find him quite cute, but then I remember his fans and it makes me furrow my brows. It's like a mixed bag of black garlic...

There are just too many points to criticize... The most significant issue is that Dan Li Ren's ability to create suspense is lacking and not funny at all. It feels like a rushed and poorly constructed storyline. In the 12 episodes, the total amount of watchable content doesn't even add up to half an hour. And these guys truly don't understand what I'm getting from the "Long Bo" scenes! Liu Bo is someone who treats everyone kindly, and the only one who doesn't find Long Ao Tian strange is the mediocre young master who only has Liu Bo in his eyes. I have to ask, out of these 12 episodes, which one actually focuses on the Long Bo couple? If none of them do, then why force this IP into the story?
