Episode 20 recap: Sasa wants to win back Bai Qingyi.
Tuantuan went to see Xu Wei and asked her if Bai Qingyi was going to marry someone else. Xu Wei didn't know how to answer and just said that Bai Qingyi was her younger brother. Sasa is still trying to find ways to marry Bai Qingyi, but he ultimately refuses to marry her. Soon, the DNA test results came out, confirming that Xu Wei is indeed her father's daughter. Bai Qingyi completely gives up, as siblings can't be lovers after all.
Bai Qingyi also explained their relationship to Xu Wei, and their love story finally comes to an end. Qiu Yu accompanied Xu Wei to be discharged from the hospital and expressed his desire to stay by her side. However, Xu Wei made excuses and asked Qiu Yu to leave. Soon, Bai Qingyi came and met Qiu Yu at the door. Bai Qingyi directly attacked Qiu Yu, knowing that he was behind the incidents that happened before.
Bai Qingyi even knew that Sasa had drugged Xu Wei's drink, which ultimately led to the tragedy. Sasa wanted to explain, but Bai Qingyi didn't give her a chance. Sasa tried drugging Bai Qingyi's drink again, hoping to make him hers. However, despite her persistent calls, he still didn't answer.
Sasa called Qiu Yu and scolded him, saying that she had no reason to live. Worried that Sasa might do something drastic, Qiu Yu went to her. By the time he arrived, Sasa was already drunk. In anger, Qiu Yu picked up the drugged drink and consumed it. In their intoxicated state, something happened between them.
