Episode 19 recap: Li Nai persistently pursued Jiang Jie.
Jiang Xiu was busy in the kitchen when suddenly she overheard people discussing the Chef's Alliance conducting an evaluation of Cao Baiyu. Jiang Xiu hadn't seen Cui Can for two months, but when she went to Cao Baiyu, she unexpectedly ran into him. After inquiring, she learned that Cui Can was representing Cui Jing and secretly investigating Cao Baiyu.
Li Nai asked Jiang Jie if she would be willing to work the evening shift if she passed the five-star review, and upon Jiang Jie's agreement, Li Nai happily smiled. Jiang Xiu was busy in the kitchen when she suddenly heard people discussing the Chef's Alliance evaluation of Cao Baiyu.

Cui Can also informed Jiang Xiu that his next step was to take over the Cui family's business, and everything he was doing now was on behalf of the Cui family.

However, despite their efforts, Jiang Jie still managed to shake them off and meet with Cao Liang. Jiang Jie was in conversation with Cao Liang when Jiang Yuanfeng suddenly appeared before them.

After Jiang Yuanfeng angrily left, Li Nai pretended to ask Jiang Jie to accompany her to buy clothes but instead took him to a clothing store to get him a chef's uniform.
