Episode 22 recap: Hao Xin is on a business trip and there's only one room left.
On Hao Mei's side, she was reading the script in the dressing room when Li Xiao Kui suddenly walked in. Hao Mei started singing directly, and Li Xiao Kui turned around and asked the assistant director why he was being called so early. Biao Zi bluntly said it was not early anymore and that he had already let him sleep an extra half an hour. However, Li Xiao Kui thought it was because Biao Zi wanted Hao Mei to sleep a little longer and called him as well. Hao Mei didn't want to take the blame for it and started scolding Li Xiao Kui. The assistant director urged the makeup artist in a hurry.
The director had been waiting on set for a long time, but the actors hadn't arrived. When he asked, he found out that the maidservant's makeup was already done, and the emperor had just arrived in the dressing room. The director became impatient, while the assistant director was still urging them. Hao Mei and Li Xiao Kui started arguing again. He suggested finding another hotel to stay. However, Hao Xin said that two people could manage in one room. Jin Ying Jie insisted that the boss couldn't tolerate such an arrangement. Hao Mei went back and told Wan Hao about how the emperor had bullied her. She asked if Wan Hao could help her solve the problem. Wan Hao was furious and immediately called Biao Zi. However, Biao Zi simply asked Wan Hao to tell Hao Mei to be more restrained. Hao Mei heard the conversation clearly and immediately confronted them. Wan Hao then asked about the person who played the emperor and his background. Biao Zi straightforwardly said that person's father was also an investor who invested two million. They even sponsored the accommodation fees and were currently trying to get the person out! Hao Mei and Wan Hao were shocked, and Wan Hao didn't mention helping Hao Mei deal with the emperor's issue anymore.
After Hao Xin finished showering, she deliberately went to the gym, and sure enough, Jin Ying Jie was there. Hao Xin jokingly said that she quite liked Jin Ying Jie and was very open-minded about sexual orientation. Jin Ying Jie was speechless and said she was leaving. Hao Xin then mentioned wanting to go to bed, and Jin Ying Jie said she wanted to read a magazine for a while. Hao Xin didn't say anything further.
On the other hand, Yang Chun Hong had packed up everything and moved out of her beloved house. In the middle of the night, when Hao Xin woke up, she saw Jin Ying Jie sleeping on the sofa and couldn't help but feel that he was really not used to sleeping with others. When Hao Xin saw Jin Ying Jie's pink phone, she still teased him for being feminine. The next day, Hao Yun Lai and Fu Gui Hua were happy to see their Good Luck Clothing advertisement in the newspaper. However, Jin Ying Jie discovered Hai Yun Deng's advertisement and later found out that both offline and online stores were selling identical clothes under the Hai Yun brand. Hao Yun Lai also received photos of Hai Yun Deng's offline store taken by Yang Chun Hong. Hao Yun Lai realized that it was all his fault.
