Episode 6 recap: The Hao family learned about Wang De Cai's plan.
Marriott met with journalist Liu and was curious why he stopped exposing celebrities and started promoting Good Luck Clothing instead. Liu explained that Good Luck Clothing was a cover, and his real goal was to tarnish Chairman Hao Yun Lai's reputation. Marriott agreed to help, and Liu planned to take Marriott to meet Wang De Cai and the others. However, Marriott said he needed to use the restroom first and would join them in the private room later. Liu didn't think much of it and agreed. After Liu left, Marriott muttered to himself that he needed special tactics to deal with bad people.
Liu returned to the private room, and Wang De Cai asked about his friend. Liu said he would arrive soon, and shortly after, Marriott arrived. Marriott listened to their plan and continued the conversation accordingly. He even heard about conspiracies involving counterfeit goods. Wang De Cai then handed a folder to Liu, containing a deposit, stating that there would be greater rewards once the job was done. Fu Gui Hua went to the farmers' market to buy vegetables and happened to be at Jin Ying Jie's father's vegetable stall. While buying vegetables, Fu Gui Hua called Ying Jie to ask if she could visit her home. When Fu Gui Hua left after buying the vegetables, she accidentally left her wallet there. Jin Ying Jie's father immediately chased after her and returned the wallet. Fu Gui Hua was grateful and found Jin Ying Jie's father familiar. The vegetable vendor mentioned that he was the famous Master Jin who had appeared on TV and was misunderstood. Fu Gui Hua realized that her son was the kind-hearted young man mentioned. Master Jin praised Fu Gui Hua for raising a good child and insisted on returning the money she spent on the vegetables.
Marriott returned home and urgently told Hao Xin about Wang De Cai. Hao Xin was also concerned and said he had good news to share. Marriott asked Hao Xin to go first, and it turned out that they had successfully set up a website, which would be operational the next day. Marriott was thrilled.
