Episode 1 recap: Wen Yunong carried out the mission.
Qin Ke Wen returned home, and his nephew Qin Boyang came over, expressing surprise that Qin Ke Wen had actually come back. Qin Ke Wen explained that he was injured and needed to come back to recuperate properly. When Wen Yunong saw Qin Ke Wen, she was very surprised. Qin Boyang introduced his wife, Song Yuer, to Qin Ke Wen. Qin Ke Wen remarked that Song Yuer looked a lot like someone who had deceived him before, causing his leg to become injured.
Previously, Wen Yunong went to carry out a mission and had a drink with a man from this side. Suddenly, the man brought some people with him, but the situation was under Wen Yunong's control. The man took Wen Yunong hostage but then suddenly collapsed. Wen Yunong went to see Mr. Wu and informed him about the incident. It turned out that Wen Yunong had already applied poison to his gloves, and when the man kissed Wen Yunong, he got poisoned.
Mr. Wu showed Wen Yunong a photo of Qin Ke Wen and asked her to get close to him. He explained that if she completed this task, he would reveal information about her parents. In order to uncover the truth about her parents, Wen Yunong had no choice but to agree. Mr. Wu assured Wen Yunong that he had already prepared her identity. Qin Ke Wen's father was betrayed by a spy sent by the Japanese, and Qin Ke Wen went alone and killed all those Japanese people.
Upon returning, Qin Ke Wen learned that a woman had been sent over and ordered the person to drive her away.
