Episode 34 recap: Zhang Xiaoyan said harsh words that angered Tao Shu Na and made her leave.
Tao Shu Na had not received any messages from Meng Wan Qing, which made her unhappy. However, she was unwilling to call Meng Wan Qing first, so she could only bury herself in work. Zhang Xiaoyan apologized to Tao Shu Na after work, and Tao Shu Na expressed that she had already moved on from being angry, but she was upset because of the argument with Meng Wan Qing.

Tao Shu Na thought that Zhang Xiaoyan was implying a breakup, so she ran out feeling upset. Zhou Dao came back from work and saw Tao Shu Na downstairs. Seeing her unhappiness, he decided to stay and accompany her for a while, suggesting that she could talk to Li Yi Jin about it.

Afraid of upsetting Meng Wan Qing, Zheng Bin came to visit her but didn't let her know. He waited outside and asked Meng Ming Wei about the situation. Meng Ming Wei thought that Zheng Bin was genuinely caring and left him her contact information along with the fruits he brought.
Tao Shu Na had a conversation with Meng Wan Qing about her illness and expressed many things that had remained unsaid. Finally, Meng Wan Qing agreed to divorce Tao Da Lei. Tao Shu Na was delighted with Meng Wan Qing's decision and only wished for her to be true to herself and not to sacrifice her own happiness.
