Episode 17 recap: Huo Jinyan was misunderstood by Jian Moran.
Jian Moran, feeling annoyed, asked Huo Jinyan who he really was and why he was deliberately getting close to her. Huo Jinyan, afraid of being misunderstood by Jian Moran, anxiously told her that his feelings for her were genuine. However, Jian Moran coldly replied that she didn't want a love surrounded by lies. Without waiting for Huo Jinyan's explanation, she turned and left.

Soon, the news of the leaked design drafts from the Yunai Company became a hot topic, and the stock price of the Fanti Company almost hit the limit down. Huo Jinyan was thinking about how to prove his innocence when Kail walked in with a document. Kail told Huo Jinyan that while investigating the Jian Company, he accidentally discovered financial transactions between Fuy and Yunai. After terminating the contract with Fanti, Jian Moran planned to collaborate with Mr. Wang's company. Jian Yicheng accompanied Jian Moran to meet with Mr. Wang, who praised them for their talents and appearance. Suddenly, Huo Jinyan walked in and said that Jian Moran and Jian Yicheng were actually siblings.
