Episode 23 recap: Fang Fei committed suicide.
Xue Zhi Hai not only didn't leave Jiang City, but also took the initiative to find Commander Qin. Commander Qin initially didn't want to deal with him, but agreed to meet after learning that he had important information. Xue Zhi Hai learned that Fang Fei was detained and used a key to free her. However, Fang Fei asked him to hug her again.
