Episode 15 recap: Yu Chun helped Li Xiaolian to kidnap Gu Jia Hui.
Yu Jing stood there alone, feeling very sad. Chen Gui Hua came over and told her that she had searched for Gu Jia Hui with many people, but couldn't find him. She asked Yu Jing what they should do. Li Xiaolian pushed open the door and saw Gu Jia Hui tied up on the ground. She was about to touch him with her hand when Yu Chun shouted at her from the corner, saying that Gu Jia Hui seemed to have no breath left.
Yu Jing started searching everywhere for Gu Jia Hui, asking the villagers if they had seen her husband. The villagers commented on how beautiful she looked but how cruel her heart was, and said that it served her right for not being able to find her husband. Chen Gui Hua came to tell her that she had searched for many people but couldn't find Gu Jia Hui, and she was worried that something might have happened to him.
On their way to find Gu Jia Hui, the two encountered many villagers who cursed at them, and their car was splashed with a lot of dirty things. Chen Gui Hua wondered if it was the work of Gu Dequan, while Yu Jing believed that a tiger wouldn't eat its own cubs, so it must have been done by Li Xiaolian. Chen Gui Hua, Yu Jing, and Yu Chun cleaned the dirty car and returned home. Gu Dequan asked them why they looked so disheveled.
Gu Dequan told them that the villagers' attitude was just a matter of his words. Yu Jing said that the villagers' attitude was important to him, but it was nonsense to her. Yu Chun secretly brought food to Gu Jia Hui, and he asked her why she was breaking the law. Yu Chun said that as long as she didn't tell Yu Jing and Chen Gui Hua, she would let him go.
Gu Jia Hui told her that it was impossible. He didn't understand why his mother treated Yu Chun as her own daughter and why she would do this. Yu Chun told him that Li Xiaolian promised to give her a share of the property when the time came. Gu Jia Hui looked at Yu Chun, who was blinded by money, and asked her to wake up. Yu Jing secretly followed Yu Chun and found Gu Jia Hui. She told Yu Chun that she had been naive.
