I can only say that the current "bowl raiser" (referring to oynn) is really petty... and yet they are playing the role of a beautiful woman in ancient costume... Is Xu Zhengxi such a despicable person to be tormented like this? (You've worked hard)
oynn is already so thin, looking like a stump on screen. Can't we just leave each other alone and go back to being a student abroad? ❤️ I'm willing to give your vlog a 3-star rating, is that okay?

The Chief Secretary is at least a high-ranking official of the second class, and yet there are so few people in his household. It's just him and his daughter chatting without anyone attending to them. The male lead gallops on horseback, and all the subordinates behind him can keep up with him on foot. The female lead is a young lady, fine, let's forget about the lack of maidservants, but when it's raining, she holds an umbrella for flowers. It's truly lacking in worldly knowledge... Some dramas may have weak storylines, but at least they pay attention to the grandeur. This one simply couldn't be bothered to put in any effort to make things plausible.

I often see the name Ou Yang Na Na in the entertainment section, but I've never watched any of her works, so I don't know how she became popular. Finally, there's a drama I can watch to see if I'll criticize or praise her. Stay tuned. Just watched the beginning of the first episode, and once again, it's that jarring voice of the supporting actress that's commonly used in period dramas. Sigh... minus one point. I finally understand why she hasn't had any works for a long time. When she acts alongside the maid, she's clearly not as good as the one playing the maid. That maid steals the spotlight with her eyes, facial expressions, and acting, overshadowing the female lead.

Rating: 2.5 stars. The original story had some unique elements. The male lead successfully avoids disaster based on fragments of his past life's memories, and the motivation for seeking rebirth in the past life is touching. However, the drama adaptation has been completely turned into a generic template drama, with the male lead frequently fainting and the production replicating awkward production steps with industrial sweeteners. The acting skills of the female lead need improvement.

Objectively speaking, when it comes to period dramas this year, they have been quite good. (I've always suspected that there is comment manipulation on Douban, but many search platforms deny it. Some say the cost of manipulating comments is too high, others say Douban doesn't allow it, and there are also those who claim that there is manipulation, but it's minimal...)
Since I joined Douban until now, I have genuinely experienced the phenomenon of "comment manipulation" on Douban, and it's not just a few instances, but a lot. (For this drama specifically, if someone does a good job in the production, can't we objectively evaluate it? Is manipulating comments more lucrative than doing regular work? Or is it the work of Douban's AI platform? Anyway, my advice is to watch the drama and avoid reading the comments. It's truly useless! Also, paying less attention to Douban ratings is also useless.)
I sincerely advise everyone, whether watching movies or following dramas, to use Douban to find completed shows, but don't look at the ratings, and definitely don't read the comments.
There are plenty of good shows with ratings of four or five stars, while some of those popular shows that aren't good can even reach seven or eight stars. Ratings in the six-point range are the most common. (It's either manipulated to have a high number of five-star ratings or a large proportion of one-star ratings, almost presenting two extremes. So, don't look at the ratings when watching a show. It's useless!)

Oh my goodness, this is just ridiculous! Let's not even talk about the transitions that slide smoothly like a PowerPoint presentation. The key point is the thunder sound effect when the male lead sees the female lead crying in distress. I couldn't help but burst into laughter, hahaha! And that scene where the male lead first sees the female lead fainting and they both appear in a spinning frame together, it's so absurd that it split my sides from laughing. Who was the genius who edited this drama? They managed to provide some entertainment value to an otherwise boring plot and acting. I don't bother watching the average ones, but when it's exceptionally terrible, I just have to watch it!

Who came up with the ridiculous scene of the male lead having a sudden illness? It's just too comical, I couldn't help but laugh while watching. Xige's acting is not bad, but the resources are so poor. What kind of script is this? Ou Yang Na Na's performance is awkward, and the live comments even say she has improved. I can't believe it. She can't even act as well as the maidservants around her. This role would have been better off given to Meng Ziyi.

Well, how should I put it... Maybe I came across it while scrolling through TikTok. Many people criticized Ou Yang Na Na's acting skills and appearance. I admit, I also felt annoyed and wanted to say a few things. But later, when I had some free time, I watched a few episodes. I have to say, bit by bit, her acting skills have really improved. As for being hailed as the most beautiful woman in Chang'an, perhaps they changed it to Yong'an Leba to avoid criticism. Whether it's good or not, as long as I can sense the progress, I think it's fine.

Ou Yang Na Na has made significant progress in her acting skills, but the age difference between her and the male lead is visibly apparent. Moreover, the male lead's character feels oily and clichéd, it's clear that he has an acting template, which is too over-the-top.
There are also significant editing issues, with abrupt transitions between dreams and reality, jumping from one place to another, making it uncomfortable for viewers. Overall, the storyline also appears somewhat immature, so-so.
The second episode is better than the first.

I have to say, Ou Yang Na Na's acting has really improved a lot. She's much better now and doesn't break character. Actually, she looks pretty, except her nose is a bit lacking. Xu Zheng Xi is really a pity. He didn't become popular before, and now it's probably even harder. I've watched a few episodes, and I think it's pretty good. Xu Zheng Xi's acting is really impressive, especially during the painful scenes. His veins even pop out.

Since "Fireworks" has ended, I switched to this drama. I watched the first episode without any distractions, but I didn't feel like it was worth it. I only listened to the game background music until the eighth episode, so I'll give it three stars for now.
One star goes to the second female lead and second male lead, for their inexplicable chemistry (the second female lead doesn't look good at first glance, and her character is puzzling, but her scenes with Sun Jian are surprisingly harmonious). One star goes to Xu Zheng Xi. One star goes to the BGM (the game background music is quite enjoyable). Overall, it's not as good as Xu's "Poetic Language of Yan," and Ou Yang Na Na has zero acting skills. ?????????♀️
