Episode 18 recap: Li Mengjue and Xie Jingshu had a conflict.
Li Mengjue noticed that Lu Xier seemed hesitant to speak, and just as Lu Xier was about to say something, Xie Jingshu held a sword to her neck. Liu Yu'an hurriedly came to explain that Lu Xier was actually a good person. Liu Yu'an told everyone that Lu Xier had saved her life before. Li Mengjue firmly believed that Lu Xier must have had her reasons and resolutely took Lu Xier away.
Lu Xier took the initiative to confess that she had secretly hidden some clues while handling the case.
