Episode 13 recap: Wu Geng entered the "Apocalypse" ahead of schedule.

Fu Xi reunited with his daughter, Xin Yue Kui, after many years apart, but they had become enemies. Ten Xing recognized the Protoss power in Wu Geng and believed that there was another power within him, despite being a member of the human race. He asked Wu Geng to display his full power and discovered that Wu Geng had unlocked the power of the Colorless Realm Protoss.

Fu Xi instructed Wu Geng and Bai Cai to leave the Protoss Hidden Village first. Now that all six major Protoss factions had arrived, they would lead the villagers away, while Fu Xi went to meet someone from his past. Tai Ji and the other five major Protoss factions attacked the Protoss Hidden Village, and A Lan, Child of the Clouds, and Yuan Yi teamed up to protect the villagers. Seeing that they were overpowered, A Lan asked Child of the Clouds and Yuan Yi to lead the villagers away, while she decided to stay and divert the attention of the six major Protoss factions.

Fu Xi reunited with his daughter, Xin Yue Kui. He had known that Xin Yue Kui would come and had prepared the Tai Ji Extermination Formation to deal with her. Fu Xi brewed tea to entertain his daughter and told her that the way of tea and the path of cultivation were closely related, both initially dull and bitter.

Xin Yue Kui had never been willing to work hard and lay a solid foundation; she always sought shortcuts. She believed that in her father's eyes, she was not as sensible as her younger sister, Heart's Moon Fox, who understood everything. In the battle formation, Fu Xi discovered that Xin Yue Kui also knew the Tai Ji Extermination Formation.

It turned out that Xin Yue Kui had deceived her kind-hearted sister into teaching her the Tai Ji Extermination Formation. Now, her sister's soul was gone, and everything was because Fu Xi had taught her to treat all beings equally. In the past, Xin Yue Kui falsely accused Fu Xi of ascending to the position of High Priest. Fu Xi believed that all of his daughter's current actions were due to his own failures as a father. He intervened to stop her, and they once again clashed using their Protoss powers. Fu Xi pointed out the differences between Xin Yue Kui and Heart's Moon Fox, highlighting that no matter what difficulties she faced, Heart's Moon Fox would never blame others, while Xin Yue Kui only knew how to shift responsibility onto others.

A Lan used her phantom clones to divert Tai Ji and the other major Protoss factions, but Ten Xing saw through her plan and attacked and injured her. Wu Geng instructed Bai Cai to protect the villagers and rushed to help A Lan.

Ten Xing was surprised to discover that Wu Geng, despite being a mortal, could wield Protoss power, and he became quite curious about it.

Wu Geng's Protoss power was no match for Ten Xing's, so he used a new weapon called the "Forbidden Cannon" developed by Yuan Yi to attack Ten Xing. Wu Geng had thought that the "Forbidden Cannon" would be able to kill Ten Xing, but to his surprise, Ten Xing remained unharmed. Ten Xing believed that if Wu Geng, as a member of the human race, could manipulate Protoss power, then he must possess another power within him.

Ten Xing used his Protoss power to force Wu Geng to unleash his full power. Ten Xing noticed that Wu Geng cared about Bai Cai's life, so he deliberately threatened Wu Geng with Bai Cai's life. Under such pressure, Wu Geng entered the "Apocalypse" ahead of schedule, and to Ten Xing's astonishment, Wu Geng unexpectedly possessed the power of the Colorless Realm Protoss.

However, Wu Geng's Protoss power was acting in reverse, and he found it difficult to control. Xin Yue Kui informed Fu Xi about the incident of Wu Geng killing his own son, Heart's Moon Fox, and even though everyone believed that Wu Geng was dead, she refused to believe it.

Meanwhile, Fu Xi discovered that Wu Geng had entered the "Apocalypse" ahead of schedule. He had intended to resolve the situation with Xin Yue Kui quickly and go to help Wu Geng, but he was surprised to learn that Xin Yue Kui had actually raised a devouring spirit. It turned out that Xin Yue Kui had used her prophetic eye as a sacrifice to the devouring spirit, and now she had taken control of Fu Xi's prophetic eye. She only then realized that the person Fu Xi had rescued from the mine was none other than Heart's Moon Fox's son, Wu Geng.

Xin Yue Kui was furious that her father would willingly blind himself to protect Heart's Moon Fox's son. She ordered her men to take Fu Xi back to the Protoss domain and imprison him at the ends of the earth. Wu Geng's attempt at the Apocalypse failed, and he lost an arm in the process. Ten Xing had no intention of killing Wu Geng; instead, he wanted to make Wu Geng even stronger so that they could battle each other again in the future.

Ten Xing knew that it was Bai Cai who triggered Wu Geng's Apocalypse. He took Bai Cai away to stimulate Wu Geng's cultivation, and when the time came, Wu Geng could come to the City of Kings to find him. Xin Yue Kui wanted to kill Wu Geng, but Ten Xing intervened and stopped her. He wanted to keep Wu Geng alive and make him stronger so that he could eventually kill him himself.
