Lin Qiao Song grabbed Wei Ruo Lai and subjected him to severe torture, labeling him with fabricated charges. Lin Qiao Song led a team to seal off the central bank, and Mr. Song reminded Shen Tu Nan and Wei Ruo Lai to distance themselves. Wei Ruo Lai was beaten all over, but he remained silent. Lin Qiao Song tortured him in various ways, accusing him of the fabricated charges.
