Episode 18 recap: Chen Shu Zhen gave the garden villa to the Mai family to live in.
Chen Shu Zhen was hospitalized due to illness, and Yao Zhi Ming came to the hospital to visit her. Mai Cheng Huan accidentally sprained her foot, and Liu Wan Yu was too afraid to ask her directly, so she had Mai Lai Tian ask instead. Liu Wan Yu, Mai Lai Tian, Mai Cheng Zao, and Mai Cheng Huan all came to the hospital to visit Chen Shu Zhen. When Chen Shu Zhen found out they had no place to stay, she offered for them to move into her own home, and they were surprised to find she had such a large villa.

Mai Lai Tian brought roses to welcome her, but Chen Shu Zhen. She invited Mai Lai Tian, Liu Wan Yu, and Mai Cheng Zao to dine at the Xing'an Villa hotel in the evening.
Chen Shu Zhen ordered crab roe buns for Mai Cheng Huan and looked forward to his mysterious gift.
