Episode 29 recap: Mai Cheng Zao helps Mao Mao fight for custody of Ding Ding.
Mao Mao wants to regain custody of Ding Ding, and Mai Cheng Zao spares no effort in helping her gather evidence, ensuring that they will reclaim Ding Ding's custody. Mao Mao is excited and tears of joy fill her eyes. Mai Cheng Huan and Yao Zhi Ming have started a passionate love affair. They wish to be together every day and celebrate Valentine's Day together.
Zhang Pei Sheng is deeply disappointed in Zhang Zi Yu and gives her a harsh lesson. Zhang Zi Yu doesn't back down and retorts to Zhang Pei Sheng. The mother and daughter part ways without reconciling. Mai Cheng Zao wants to fight for custody of Mao Mao and also plans to organize a parent-child activity at the Xing'an Hotel to improve the relationship between Mao Mao and Ding Ding. Mai Cheng Zao sees this as an opportunity to propose to Mao Mao, and Mai Cheng Huan is happy for him and agrees to help arrange it.

Yao Zhi Ming attends the parent-child activity at Xing'an Hotel and prepares a gift for Mai Cheng Huan. He Dong initially thinks that Yao Zhi Ming acted on impulse, but he soon realizes that Yao Zhi Ming was well-prepared. The parent-child activity officially begins, with Mai Cheng Zao dressed as a doll, serving as the emcee. He leads the children in a game of rescuing their mothers. However, Ding Ding refuses to participate, believing that Mao Mao only cares about her boyfriend and doesn't want him. Mai Cheng Zao persuades Ding Ding with sincerity, and Ding Ding happily goes to rescue Mao Mao. Mao Mao is grateful to Mai Cheng Zao, and Mai Cheng Huan, watching from a distance, feels deeply satisfied.
A strong gust of wind blows, causing the promotional stand for the parent-child activity to sway. Mai Cheng Huan rushes to the back to investigate and discovers that the wooden frame has broken. She holds onto the frame tightly and calls the butler Cui to summon Fang Da. As the wind intensifies, Mai Cheng Huan gives it her all.
As the frame teeters on the edge of collapse, Yao Zhi Ming arrives just in time to lend a hand. With his help, the parent-child activity can be successfully completed. Yao Zhi Ming puts a necklace that he had prepared in advance on Mai Cheng Huan, and she cherishes it dearly. Mai Cheng Huan calls for Fang Da, who is forced to reveal the truth. Due to weather conditions, the steel frame couldn't be delivered, so Liao Gang instructed him to replace it with a wooden frame. Unexpectedly, the weather suddenly changed, and Fang Da sincerely apologizes to Mai Cheng Huan.
Yao Zhi Ming is appointed as the president of the East China region, and He Dong happily celebrates. During the conference, Mai Cheng Huan announces the termination of the partnership with Fang Da and dismisses Liao Gang. Liao Gang is dissatisfied, but Mai Cheng Huan publicly exposes his misconduct of using the wooden frame instead of the steel frame for personal gain and receiving kickbacks for subpar quality. Despite the evidence, Liao Gang remains unapologetic and tries to defend himself. Mai Cheng Huan instructs him to complete the resignation procedures, but Liao Gang, in a fit of anger, splashes a glass of water onto Mai Cheng Huan's face. The butler Cui has someone escort Liao Gang away.
