Episode 7 recap: Yao Zhi Ming regards Mai Cheng Huan with admiration.
Upon learning that Yao Zhi Ming came to visit his grandmother, Liu Wan Yu develops a hostile attitude towards him. Yao Zhi Ming visits the nursing home to see his grandmother, who intends to test him. Upon finding out that Yao Zhi Ming and Mai Cheng Huan are relatives, Xin Jia Liang becomes worried that their engagement might affect a bidding process, so he wants them to get engaged first.
Yao Zhi Ming invites Chen Shu Zhen to have breakfast together and takes the opportunity to propose working together with Mai Cheng Huan to assist Chen Shu Zhen in her business. Chen Shu Zhen politely declines. Yao Zhi Ming then persuades Chen Shu Zhen to purchase insurance.
