Episode 20 recap: Hua Zhen was ultimately acquitted and released.

Hua Zhen was once again brought to a military court for investigation. Wei Dai Qing began by questioning him about a belt. Hua Liang claimed that he didn't find a receipt for the belt at home, but Wei Dai Qing wasn't surprised. He had already obtained the receipt for the belt, which served as evidence that Hua Zhen was not only a member of the G Party but also used a false identity to commit the crime. Hua Liang noticed that Wei Dai Qing came prepared and was aggressive. Furthermore, Wei Dai Qing even managed to locate the tailor who made the belt.

Hua Liang glanced at his watch from time to time, attempting to delay the trial. Outside the courtroom, Chen Hao anxiously waited at the airport. Once he saw the witness that Hua Liang had found, he quickly drove her to the court. However, their vehicle broke down on the way, so Chen Hao went to find a mechanic, sweating profusely and fearing that they would be late. Suddenly, he noticed a nearby yellow cab and immediately used it to rush the witness to the court.

Chen Hao spared no effort in desperately pulling the yellow cab. Time was of the essence, and finally, with the collective efforts of the four team members, they managed to bring the crucial witness that Hua Liang had found to the military court. The visitor was the landlady that Wei Dai Qing had pursued and met in Shanghai. It was from there that he started framing and setting up the evidence. Just the day before, Wei Dai Qing had sent his subordinates to Shanghai to assassinate the landlady, but he didn't expect Hua Liang to find her so quickly.

Seeing Hua Liang's surprised expression, Wei Dai Qing responded contemptuously. He suggested that Hua Liang might have only thought of trains and ships, but he himself used a military plane to bring the landlady. They had departed just this morning. The landlady told the judge about everything she knew. She had collected the four identification documents, and one of them, with the name "Xiang Yuansheng," had been swapped. Wei Dai Qing's expression was dramatically intense, and even now, he stubbornly denied the accusations. He pointed the finger directly at Hua Liang, showing no regard for the Chief Secretary of the Household.

Hua Liang had already given him face, but Wei Dai Qing continued shamelessly. He questioned Hua Liang about the evidence of how he obtained the manipulated photo. Wei Dai Qing probably hadn't considered that there would actually be someone testifying for Hua Liang. It was his subordinate, Gao Pingshun, who just a few days ago had given Hua Liang his old shoes that he had exchanged.

Finally, Hua Zhen was acquitted and released. Hua Liang walked out of the courtroom with Hua Zhen and encountered Wei Dai Qing along the way. Hua Zhen called out his name and delivered a direct punch to him. Wei Dai Qing knew he was in the wrong and didn't dare utter a word.

Hua Liang saw his younger brother throw a punch for the first time, and it was clear that it wasn't his first time doing so.

Hua Zhen walked out of the courtroom and saw Chen Hao standing silently in the corner. The other team members had been taken to Jinmen Restaurant for a meal. Chen Hao had been waiting outside the courtroom all along. Hua Zhen walked over and bid farewell to Chen Hao. The two men locked eyes, and there was no need for many words. They both understood. Chen Hao shook Hua Zhen's hand, jokingly telling him not to use someone else's name in the future, to go back to school and forget about everything that happened in Shanghai.

Hua Zhen got into the car and looked back to see Chen Hao still watching him from there. What a great brotherly relationship they had. It warmed Hua Zhen's heart. Hua Liang excused himself, saying that he had originally planned to invite the members of the Fourth Team to have a meal together, but they had been called for a mission at the last minute. Hua Zhen wanted to bid farewell to his comrades at the Fourth Team. They had shown great loyalty during this ordeal. However, Hua Liang refused his request and had his secretary take Hua Zhen to the train station directly.

Before the train departed, Hua Zhen hurriedly dialed Luo Min Min's number and gave her his school address. He also expressed his hope that they could keep in touch frequently through phone calls in the future. Luo Min Min hesitated, and Hua Zhen anxiously asked her again if they would be able to communicate and if she remembered his school address.

Luo Min Min could sense the significance behind Hua Zhen's words but didn't respond. Hua Liang overheard the conversation between Hua Zhen and Luo Min Min as he was heading to Jinmen Restaurant. He guessed that his younger brother might genuinely have developed feelings for this girl. Just as Luo Min Min started to feel somewhat relieved, Hua Liang approached her for a private chat. He pointed out that the distance between their two families was too great and that their future life paths were completely different. He also revealed that Hua Zhen was going to be engaged to another girl in half a month. Although their family had great power and influence, many things were also unavoidable. Even Hua Zhen himself didn't know about the engagement. Hua Liang noticed signs of rebellion in his younger brother, and he was willing to do whatever it took to draw a clear boundary for him in Shanghai.
