Plot Synopsis
Chu Sheng follows Qin Sanye in Northeast China, working in theprofession of handling funerals and burials for all kinds of deceasedpersons. During thisprocess, many strange andpeculiar funeral tales emerge. As aprofessional funeral worker, Chu Sheng joins forces with Lin, a journalist investigating these curious stories, and together they visit the local communities, experiencing one bizarre and mystical folk tale after another...
