Episode 24 recap: Li Guang Nan helped Huang Qing stop Bai Lan and Lu Xiao Lu.
Boss Huang personally went to the food factory to carry out a large-scale layoff. The leader of the security department straightforwardly said that he could leave himself, but he couldn't drive away the brothers who had been in the factory for so many years. Bai Lan and Lu Xiao Lu were still trying to find a solution, and the person they were most wary of was Huang Qing. However, Li Guang Nan advised Lu Xiao Lu not to get involved anymore, stating that those people were capable of doing anything and advised Lu Xiao Lu not to get involved.
Boss Hu was sharing watermelon with his brothers. While eating, Boss Hu remembered that Lao Wu had been cutting watermelon for a long time, so he was about to go and check on him. However, Lu Da Jiang came in with people. Lu Xiao Lu proposed that he would use his own money to make up for it, and Bai Lan added that he could also provide support.
When Boss Huang arrived at the factory, he found that Bai Lan had arranged for the workers to resume work. Boss Huang was furious and wanted to fire people because reopening the factory was never his goal. However, the security department refused to cooperate when they heard this and stated that they could leave, but they would never agree to drive away the older workers. Then they left. Bai Lan was worried that Huang Qing would do something bad, so he was about to discuss the decision with Lu Xiao Lu when Li Guang Nan came in directly. Bai Lan made an excuse to give Lu Xiao Lu and Li Guang Nan some space.
Li Guang Nan still advised Lu Xiao Lu to let go of the food factory, but Lu Xiao Lu didn't listen at all. Huang Qing and Deputy Mayor Bi were discussing land matters when they saw Li Guang Nan looking troubled. After a brief understanding, they decided to "help" Li Guang Nan.

However, there was a condition that Li Guang Nan would receive the ice skating rink property after the plan succeeded. Huang Qing mentioned that someone else had already made a claim for that property, but Li Guang Nan wanted Huang Qing to consider if he was worth that property.
Tao Jie sought out Lu Da Jiang because she heard about the alliance between Huang Qing and Boss Hu to deal with Lu Xiao Lu. Tao Jie didn't want Lu Da Jiang to get involved further and proposed leaving Fucheng together. However, Lu Da Jiang insisted that he couldn't abandon Lu Xiao Lu. Tao Jie asked if he would leave after resolving the matter, and Lu Da Jiang stated that he had promised not to leave Tao Jie, so he would definitely leave. Tao Jie was happy about this.
Li Guang Nan quickly took action and gathered the distributors who had an agreement with Lu Xiao Lu. He tried to entice them with money in order to terminate their cooperation with Lu Xiao Lu. However, the distributors valued their relationship with Lu Xiao Lu, and Li Guang Nan's attempt failed. Meanwhile, Master Niu was still feeling sad about the factory situation, and when Niu Xiao Ying suggested leaving Fucheng, he refused and went to the factory instead.
Boss Hu began dismantling things in the factory after receiving orders. The workers were unwilling, and a conflict quickly arose between the two sides. Li Guang Nan observed everything from a distance.
