Episode 24 recap: Liu Lin and Wu Lan Shan have the same identity.

During the confrontation between Zhuo Bu Fan and Mu Qing, Zhuo Bu Fan noticed that Mu Qing had significantly improved his martial arts skills and guessed that Mu Qing had received the inheritance of the Bodhi Academy at the Floating Earth Temple. Mu Qing daringly infiltrated the foreign embassy alone, and although Qing Yi Xin Feng confronted him directly, Mu Qing showed no fear. He quickly pointed his sword at Qing Yi Xin Feng and proposed certain conditions. After Zhuo Bu Fan left the Prince Qi's Mansion, he unexpectedly encountered Mu Qing, who was intentionally testing his Sanfa Yin Sword. They engaged in a duel, and after a few moves, Zhuo Bu Fan was surprised to find that Mu Qing had greatly advanced in his martial arts skills and was already at a disadvantage. It was only with the covert intervention of Huo Cen that Zhuo Bu Fan managed to seize the opportunity to leave.

After this battle, Zhuo Bu Fan deduced that Mu Qing had received the inheritance of the Bodhi Academy at the Floating Earth Temple. Zhuo Bu Fan admired the martial arts of Shaolin even more and became more determined to find the secret repository of the Jingtan and study the martial arts manuals within it. The Prince Qi ordered an investigation into Lin Hao Han and discovered that he was just an ordinary merchant, so the matter of the secret letter was considered a coincidence.

Although Wang Jia Luo shared a room with Lin An Jing, he had always kept his distance. He felt guilty for his drunken behavior before and promised to marry Lin An Jing once the case was resolved. Lin An Jing expressed her trust in Wang Jia Luo and looked forward to him marrying her. Lin Hao Han happened to meet Wang Jia Luo on the street and handed him two red envelopes, inviting him to attend the opening of his antique shop the next day. The red envelopes were considered pre-prepared gifts for himself.

Liu Lin accidentally discovered the books of the Alliance in Wu Lan Shan's room at Wu Lan Shan Shan. Seeing that her identity was exposed, Wu Lan Shan pointed a gun at Liu Lin and interrogated her about her identity. Liu Lin honestly admitted her affiliation with the Alliance, but what surprised her was that Wu Lan Shan turned out to be a member of the Alliance as well.

Wu Lan Shan initially wanted to inquire whether Mu Qing had joined the Alliance, but he learned that Mu Qing was brought along because Liu Lin knew about the news of the Floating Earth Temple.

Wu Lan Shan initially intended to secretly send Liu Lin away, but Liu Lin refused to leave. She didn't want the treasure to fall into anyone else's hands, so she wouldn't leave Mu Qing's side until the treasure was found.

Liu Lin wanted to persuade Mu Qing to join the revolution, but Wu Lan Shan pointed out that it would be difficult to convince him as he was a Manchu. Lin An Jing informed Qing Yi Xin Feng that Wang Jia Luo was a disciple of the Damo lineage and mentioned that the four disciples would meet at the Bahe Inn on the sixth day of the first month next month.

Lin An Jing believed that the tattoos on Wang Jia Luo's body might be related to the sect's heritage or the seal of the hidden treasure. She asked Qing Yi Xin Feng for a camera to capture the seal and analyze it. Although no clues were obtained from the captured bandits, Mu Qing knew that Qing Yi Xin Feng had hired them. Mu Qing requested a meeting with Cun Qing, wanting to volunteer for the assassination of Qing Yi Xin Feng. However, Cun Qing believed that killing a Japanese would lead to more trouble and advised him to continue enduring the situation.

Mu Qing daringly infiltrated the foreign embassy alone, and although Qing Yi Xin Feng confronted him directly, Mu Qing showed no fear. He exposed Qing Yi Xin Feng's plan to have people ambush the Wang Mansion and assassinate the Prince Qi, providing solid evidence of his grave crimes. Mu Qing slapped Ye Shan, the Japanese mercenary, in a domineering manner and warned Qing Yi Xin Feng not to appear behind him stealthily anymore, or the consequences wouldn't be as simple as a slap.

Wu Lan Shan believed that her father's transfer of Zhong Haichao to Fujian might be related to the hidden treasure. She also admitted that her marriage to Zhong Haichao was arranged. Wu Lan Shan told Liu Lin that she and Mu Qing were childhood sweethearts, and the late emperor had intended to arrange their marriage. However, due to the failure of the Hundred Days' Reform, Mu Qing was imprisoned, and she was arranged to marry Prince Qi.

Mu Qing's greatest hatred was towards Yuan Shikai and the Beiyang government, yet Wu Lan Shan ended up marrying a Beiyang military officer. Such is the irony of life, leaving one feeling helpless. Wu Lan Shan knew that her background was something she couldn't choose in this lifetime, but joining the Alliance was indeed her first true choice. She could try to persuade Mu Qing.
