Episode 34 recap: Yu Huanjie pursued and hunted down Zhuo Bu Fan.

Wang Di Bao and Lin An Jing were at odds with each other. Watching Lin An Jing in the rain, Wang Di Bao fell into the deepest conflict and anguish. He still considered her his betrothed, but as a constable of the court, burdened with the responsibility and faith to the Great Qing, he decisively drew his blade to end the life of Lin An Jing, who had betrayed him and the Great Qing.

Wang Di Bao wept bitterly while embracing Lin An Jing's corpse. At dawn, Men San Dao and Lin Hao Han returned to the Zeze Residence, only to learn that Prince Qi had brought news of the death of the heir to the Qing throne. Prince Qi tried to coopt Men San Dao, stating that the day of the coup was only four days away, and if Men San Dao submitted, he would be promoted to a high-ranking official and reunited with Wu Lan Shan. But Men San Dao refused to make such a deal.

The Qing Yixin Wind allowed Lin An Jing to continue staying by Wang Jialuo's side, as in her view, Wang Jialuo was still their most valuable asset, even though he was not sealed. Lin Hao Han may have known the true location of the seal. Wang Jialuo followed the trail of blood to find Qing Yixin Wind's whereabouts, and saw Lin An Jing leaving from there.

Wang Di Bao and Lin An Jing were at odds, and watching Lin An Jing in the rain, Wang Di Bao fell into the deepest conflict and anguish. Mu Qing had once warned Wang Jialuo that there were issues with Lin An Jing's identity, which Wang Jialuo did not believe, but the investigation now proved Mu Qing right.

Lin An Jing admitted that she had deceived Wang Jialuo, approaching him to steal intelligence, but she had genuinely fallen for him and was willing to marry him. She was willing to leave with Wang Jialuo, to live whatever life he chose. But Wang Jialuo could no longer trust Lin An Jing, as a court constable his heart was forever bound to the safety of the court. In his eyes, Lin An Jing's collusion with the foreign enemy coveting the court's treasures was unforgivable.

Wang Jialuo decisively drew his blade to end the life of the betraying Lin An Jing. Before her death, Lin An Jing told him she could not recall her true name, but she liked the name Lin An Jing, and hoped Wang Jialuo would take her back to Dagu.

Afterward, in the rain, he wept bitterly while embracing Lin An Jing's corpse. Yu Huanjie, accompanied by Zhuo Bu Fan and Huo Cen, came to see Zhuo Bu Fan, and seeing Zhuo Bu Fan had accomplished nothing that day, instructed him to hand over the seal.

At the same time, Yu Huan Jie led his men to try to kill Zhuo Bu Fan. It was only then that Zhuo Bu Fan realized that his sworn brother had already betrayed Rong Tian Ling. Zhuo Bu Fan was unaware and was injured by Yu Huan Jie, but with the help of Huo Cen, the two were able to successfully escape.

In the early morning, Mu Qing returned to the Zeze Residence with Lin Hao Han. Mu Qing sensed something was amiss and had Lin Hao Han wait outside while he went in, only to find that the Prince of Qi had already arrived. The Prince told Mu Qing that the Existing Lord had passed away, and he tried to recruit Mu Qing, promising him a high-ranking position and a chance to reconnect with Wu Lan Shan if Mu Qing joined his side.

The Prince confessed that the Regent Lord Zai Feng had known about his coup plans all along and had secretly supported it. The Prince believed Mu Qing could be a pillar of the new dynasty and asked him to carefully consider the matter.

Zhuo Bu Fan was injured and wanted Huo Cen to escape alone, but Huo Cen refused to abandon him. They agreed to flee together, but were soon surrounded by Yu Huan Jie's men. Yu Huan Jie falsely accused Zhuo Bu Fan and Huo Cen of collusion and betrayal, saying he had come to purge the sect.

Zhuo Bu Fan thought he would die at Yu Huan Jie's hands, but unexpectedly, Mu Qing and Lin Hao Han arrived and rescued them, injuring Yu Huan Jie's group. They quickly took Zhuo Bu Fan and Huo Cen away.

Lin Hao Han took Mu Qing to a butcher's shop, but the people there ignored their claims of identity. When Yu Huan Jie's group pursued them there, Mu Qing had to reveal a password to get the butcher's shop to help defend them. In the fight, Lin Hao Han accidentally discovered that this was the true location of Southern Shaolin.
