Qilu was somewhat moved by Qin Haiming's words, so he threw out a question to him: If he were to leave the factory one day, would he blame himself? However, Qiu Yihan took the initiative to find Qilu, hoping to bring him to his own winery and told him that a good bird chooses its tree to perch on, and he was not suitable to stay in the factory at all. Taking advantage of the situation, Qiu Yihan extended an olive branch to Qilu, inviting him to the Edinburgh Winery as the owner and promising to give him enough space to freely express himself and pursue the ideal of making high-quality wine.

Manager Sun claimed that the varieties in this vineyard were severely aging, and he understood the preferences of young people and needed to update and upgrade the winery to improve its quality. Shi Mingshan couldn't accept this view, and the two sides argued fiercely. In the end, Manager Sun fired Shi Mingshan on the spot and ordered the driver to remove the grapevines, causing chaos on the scene.
After learning about the situation, Ouyang Yixing hurriedly arrived and listened to Shi Mingshan's account of the hardships his predecessors went through in establishing the winery, feeling deeply guilty. She realized that her mistakes had nearly destroyed the winery, so she made up her mind to stay and terminated the contract with Manager Sun, earnestly pleading with her uncles and aunts for another chance. Qin Haiming apologized to Qilu for the disciplinary action, and Qilu subtly hinted that if he were to leave the factory, would he blame himself, to which Qin Haiming expressed that he would respect his choice.
In fact, Qin Haiming was already aware of Qiu Yihan's interest in hiring Qilu, but he believed that no matter how advanced the facilities at the Edinburgh Winery were, they might not necessarily be the most suitable partner for Qilu. Qin Haiming then reported the conversation to Deputy Director Chen and speculated that Qilu might be considering leaving the factory. He emphasized that the Edinburgh Winery was very powerful and that Qiu Yihan was known for being selective and would not easily let go of someone he had chosen.
Deputy Director Chen felt heavy-hearted upon hearing this and keenly realized the urgency of reform and the serious loss of talent. If Qilu wanted to leave, there was no way to stop him. However, on her first day at the winery, Shi Mingshan forced her to go to the fields to pick grapes.
