Episode 12 recap: The sea sold color TVs and got rich.
The sea found Liang Zi and told him that his legs were worn out from running around, but no one agreed to give them money. Liang Zi told the sea to go find someone else, so the sea was thinking about who he should find, maybe a big boss.The sea then went home and called Chen Qing back, asking her to do him a favor. The sea told her that he really needs to find a big boss, and since Chen Qing is the only one who can help him now. The sea said that Luo Li Qin's brother Luo Li Bo either runs an appliance business or is a big boss, and he asked Chen Qing to introduce him to Luo Li Bo.
Chen Qing found Luo Li Qin and told her about this. Luo Li Qin said she would call Luo Li Bo later and just have He Da Hai go see him.
Liao Qiu Qiu was reading thework done by Lin Ping Ping, and Lin Han Min asked her how Ping Ping'swas. Liao Qiu Qiu felt it was around 90 points, and Lin Han Min told her she shouldn't just say "it's okay" but needs to be more specific and strict.
Liao Qiu Qiu said the thing she's most happy about is that after this project is over, Lin Ping Ping has agreed to marry Chen Huan. Lin Ping Ping and Chen Huan were walking together, and Chen Huan spontaneously started reciting poetry.
Lin Ping Ping asked him if he knows what their biggest problem is - before, she was flying in the sky while Chen Huan was trying to pull her down to the ground. After hearing what He Da Hai said, Luo Li Bo felt it was credible. He said he would go check out the goods another day, and if the quality was fine, he would pay directly.
Luo Li Bo asked him if he should send the money directly to Hong Zhen Yuan or to He Da Hai. Da Hai told him to send it to him instead. Liang Zi asked Pan Tao what would happen if Luo Da Hai's deal ended up losing money, would he blame himself? Pan Tao told him it had nothing to do with him since he wasn't involved.
Chen Xiao Ou said it was almost noon and Chen Qing still hadn't returned. Hu Gui Lan said Chen Qing went directly to get her hair permed after work. When Chen Xiao Ou heard this, she felt the world was ending.
He Da Hai came to find Lin Yi Da, asking if it was about Mr. Hong. Lin Yi Da said Mr. Hong had just called to invite him to dinner, but didn't mention anything. He Da Hai then showed Lin Yi Da the gold necklace given by Mr. Hong. He explained that he had coincidentally been doing business with Mr. Hong, who recognized their good relationship.
Lin Yi Da understood the implication and readily accepted the necklace. He took it home and gave it to Zhu Qun Ying, who asked if it was a gift from someone else. Lin Yi Da reassured her that he had bought it himself. He then took Zhu Qun Ying out to dinner with Mr. Hong.
On his way home after getting his hair permed, Chen Qing rushed to tell Chen Qing that Da Hai's deal had been successful, and they would make 100,000 yuan in a few days. Da Hai said he would take them to have seafood to celebrate. Back home, Da Hai shared the news with the family, who were all shocked.
Hu Gui Lan went to the supply and marketing cooperative where she used to work, wandering around and buying groceries. There she happened to run into Lin Han Min.
