Episode 41 recap: Lin Yi Da's company went bankrupt.
Pi Xia asked Zhu Qun Ying how she, as Lin Lin's mother, did not know that her son was going to study abroad. She questioned how Lin Yi Da could afford to let Lin Lin go, when she herself was operating a large restaurant. Pi Xia said that Lin Lin treated her like an enemy, and she was not going to pay for her enemy's education, as she was not a fool.
Damon wanted Lin Ping Ping to go with him to meet his parents, but Lin Ping Ping felt it was not appropriate. Damon said his parents wanted to meet this Chinese girl, but Lin Ping Ping said she was not a girl anymore. Damon said in his heart, Lin Ping Ping was still a girl, so Lin Ping Ping said she would go home to change into more formal attire.
