Episode 3 recap: Ji Xing was being isolated at the company.
Ji Xing accidentally overheard a conversation between the department manager and her superior in the restroom. During the day, the manager had specifically proposed giving Ji Xing a promotion and raise, but it turned out to be a ruse. The department manager was constantly plagiarizing Ji Xing's achievements, not only shamelessly, but also deceiving Ji Xing, even blocking her path to promotion. Ji Xing was greatly disheartened upon hearing this.
As she left the restroom, Ji Xing encountered the lecherous Zhu Lei from another department. Zhu Lei pretended to invite Ji Xing to work in his sales department, and when she refused, he took the opportunity to intentionally slap Ji Xing's buttocks.
