Episode 13 recap: Ye Ding Zhi Officially Becomes a Disciple
In episode 13, Mo Qi Yuan had expected Bai Li Dong Jun to take a certain path, but it was Ye Ding Zhi and Wang Yi Xing who ended up injured. He couldn't believe that Yue Yao would betray the celestial beings, but he was confused about her true intentions. They discovered that Ye Ding Zhi had an innate martial arts lineage, and he was now hiding at Yi Wen Jun's estate.
Yi Wen Jun had been caring for Ye Ding Zhi, finding him very similar to her childhood's "Gege". Thanks to Yi Wen Jun's care, Ye Ding Zhi's condition improved, and he even developed feelings for her.
After waking up, Bai Li Dong Jun found a young girl named Li Han Yi at the door, who turned out to be Lei Meng Sha's daughter. On the other side, Si Kong Chang Feng had mastered his medical skills, and the medicine king suggested that he go out to help people. The medicine king prepared pills for Si Kong Chang Feng and told him to go to Tianqi City, as Si Kong Chang Feng had always wanted to see Bai Li Dong Jun there.
At Yi Wen Jun's estate, she prepared dinner for Ye Ding Zhi. Ye Ding Zhi felt uncomfortable with Yi Wen Jun's status as a queen, while Yi Wen Jun longed for the outside world. They reminisced about their past happy times, and Ye Ding Zhi felt sympathetic towards Yi Wen Jun's situation. Yi Wen Jun also hinted that she wanted to use Ye Ding Zhi to escape her current life.
