Episode 14 recap: Li Chang Sheng vs. Yu Sheng Mo
In episode 14, under Liu Yue's guidance, Yue Yao quickly improves her sword dancing skills, and Liu Yue is full of praise for her talent. Yue Yao is curious about Liu Yue's entrance, and Liu Yue explains his footwork, but Yue Yao points out the flaws, leaving Liu Yue at a loss for words.
When Yue Yao practices alone, she feels a bit awkward at first, but eventually immerses herself in it. Yue Yao calls Mo Qi Xuan and confesses that she deviated from the plan out of concern for Bai Li Dong Jun being pushed to the brink, which could result in mutual destruction. She says she has a new revenge plan, but has not told Mo Qi Xuan yet.
Although Mo Qi Xuan knows Ye Ding Zhi has an innate martial bloodline, he has not told Yue Yao, nor is he clear about Yue Yao's plans.
Ye Ding Zhi looks at the sachet Yi Wen Jun gave him and sighs about their timely reunion. At night, he sees Yi Wen Jun dancing on the rooftop, with Luo Qing Yang playing the flute, and Yi Wen Jun reveals her longing for the outside world. Meanwhile, Xiao Xie confirms that Ye Ding Zhi is the former Ye Yun and plans to deal with him. When Ye Ding Zhi is practicing his sword, Yi Wen Jun is attracted to his masculine demeanor.
At the dinner with his senior martial brothers, Bai Li Dong Jun's master, Li Chang Sheng, appears with Xie Xuan and presents Bai Li Dong Jun with a book on wine as a gift.
Suddenly, the Immortal Sword Cultivator Yu Sheng Mo appears, searching for Ye Ding Zhi's whereabouts. Li Chang Sheng and Bai Li Dong Jun confront Yu Sheng Mo, and Li Chang Sheng ultimately prevails. Yu Sheng Mo worries that Ye Ding Zhi's identity is exposed in the capital, and Li Chang Sheng promises to take Ye Ding Zhi away in three days.
Sensing Yu Sheng Mo's approach, Ye Ding Zhi prepares to leave, but is knocked unconscious by Yi Wen Jun. Ji Ruo Feng records the confrontation between Yu Sheng Mo and Li Chang Sheng for the world to witness.
After waking up, Lei Meng Sha finds a large hole in the roof, and Xiao Ruo Feng also wakes up. Seeing the bill, Lei Meng Sha, who has no money, asks Xiao Ruo Feng to handle it.
