Episode 1 recap: Liu Qi Meng Faces Bullying at Work, Her Grandmother Helps Her Get Revenge
In the first episode, Liu Qi Meng wakes up in a hospital, facing an unfamiliar young man. To her surprise, she has lost her memory and does not even remember her own name "Liu Qi Meng." Her memory has traveled back to the year 2008, when Beijing was hosting the Olympics.Liu Qi Meng recalls that she was living with her grandmother, Liu Xiu Ying, at that time. Liu Xiu Ying was a courageous hero who had once apprehended a knife-wielding robber on a bus. However, Liu Qi Meng's relationship with her grandmother was not harmonious. She was an introverted and rebellious girl, often dissatisfied with her grandmother's actions and attitude.

On the day Liu Qi Meng came of age, her grandmother wanted to leave the property deed to her, but Liu Qi Meng refused, stating that she would rather starve than accept her grandmother's care.
In Liu Qi Meng's life, there was also a suitor named Yu Chang Jiang, who frequently tried to court her grandmother at her doorstep, only to be rejected. Although Liu Xiu Ying treated Yu Chang Jiang coldly, she was deeply concerned about Liu Qi Meng, often intruding into her room and preparing breakfast for her, despite Liu Qi Meng's aversion.
Liu Qi Meng found a job as a concept artist, but her career was not smooth sailing. During a meeting, she was reprimanded by her supervisor, Sun, for forgetting to bring a USB drive. Furthermore, she was retaliated against by her colleague, Lin Rui, who poured orange juice and food on her. In Liu Qi Meng's darkest moment, her grandmother, Liu Xiu Ying, rushed to the company and stood up for her, but they were both eventually expelled from the company.
Feeling dejected, Liu Qi Meng wandered in the heavy rain, questioning the fairness of her life and blaming her grandmother for her misfortunes. During an argument, a truck suddenly rushed towards Liu Qi Meng, and without hesitation, her grandmother shielded her, only to be struck by lightning.
When Liu Qi Meng woke up in the hospital, she found herself in the year 2024, facing a stranger. She no longer knows her past or her identity, but she is determined to face life anew and find her identity and happiness.
