Episode 7 recap: Liu Xiu Ying Fails her Assessment
In episode 7, Liu Xiu Ying tried every possible method, even considering dangerous options like jumping into the river or jumping from the second floor, in an attempt to switch bodies back with her granddaughter Liu Qi Meng, but each time she was rescued before succeeding. She felt very helpless.
The neighbor took Liu Xiu Ying to the hospital for a check-up, and the doctor told her that she had started menstruating again, which surprised Liu Xiu Ying since she hadn't had a period in years.
Liu Qi Meng thought the situation was fine as it was and didn't want to switch back, but Liu Xiu Ying was very insistent and didn't want to give up.
When Liu Qi Meng went to buy breakfast for Liu Xiu Ying, an old man mistook her for his granddaughter Xiuqin. It turned out this old man was Sun Kai's grandfather, who was suffering from senile dementia.

After Liu Qi Meng returned, Sun Kai left, and Yang Yang was also chased away by Liu Qi Meng.
The company was about to conduct an assessment, and Liu Qi Meng reminded her grandmother Liu Xiu Ying to prepare well. During the assessment, Liu Xiu Ying was unable to complete the computer-based portion because she didn't know how to use a computer, so she tried to secretly get help from Liu Qi Meng.
But they were discovered by Sun Bai Fen, and Liu Xiu Ying had to go to the restroom to get help from Liu Qi Meng. In the restroom, Liu Qi Meng helped Liu Xiu Ying complete the painting portion, but they were unable to finish the computer-based part.
After the scoring, Liu Qi Meng was eliminated due to the incomplete computer-based portion.
Liu Xiu Ying felt very guilty, knowing that painting was Liu Qi Meng's dream, but she had ruined it. Liu Xiu Ying packed up her things, ready to leave the company. Although she had unpleasant interactions with her colleagues, she also felt their camaraderie. She left some gifts for her colleagues and reluctantly departed the company.
