Episode 21 recap: Tuling Ling Wins the Competition, Chen Wei Lan Faces a Difficult Decision
In episode 21, Mo Xi Xi exposed Du Wei Long's malicious intentions. It turned out that the guy secretly took inappropriate photos of Mo Xi Xi when they weren't paying attention, and even used her personal information to borrow money. Even worse, the previous roadblock incident was just him using those photos as leverage to threaten her.
Now, he's trying to push Mo Xi Xi into further trouble, dragging her to drink with a shady boss, in an attempt to bring in investment. When Li Guo Duo heard about this, she knew she couldn't let Du Wei Long get away with it any longer and had to take action immediately. So Mo Xi Xi and Chen Wei Lan reluctantly returned to the KTV, where Du Wei Long was still acting nonchalantly, trying to get the boss to sign a contract.
Mo Xi Xi quickly snatched the contract and loudly exposed Du Wei Long's scheme, saying he would run off with the money as soon as he got it. Enraged, the boss left angrily. When Du Wei Long tried to attack Mo Xi Xi, he was promptly stopped by Gao Ge and Shao Nian, and the police soon arrived to take him away.
Although Du Wei Long was arrested, Mo Xi Xi was still worried because he still had those nude photos. At a critical moment, Chen Wei Lan pulled out a phone she had secretly taken from Du Wei Long in the chaos, finally relieving Mo Xi Xi.
As for the account book, although it still hasn't been found, the school heard about the beach volleyball team solving the campus loan case, so they didn't investigate further.
