Episode 23:Li Chun Hua finds Martha injured and learns that Hans has been bothering her again. Martha tells Li Chun Hua not to worry, as the police won't do anything about it. Li Chun Hua and Li Han confront Hans, pretending to know Chinese martial arts, which scares him off.Someone reports Li Chun Hua's drought-resistant rice experiment, claiming it damages the environment in Bamala. The authorities decide to shut down their operation. Li Chun Hua and the team are shocked and helpless. Their drought-resistant rice research has yet to yield results. Jeffrey, seeking profits, drastically lowers the price for buying mushrooms while keeping the cost of mushroom bags high, leaving farmers with no profit.
Martha informs Li Chun Hua about the situation. Previously, farmers could earn 1,000 Ginas per pot of mushrooms, but now they earn much less, significantly impacting their lives. Li Chun Hua suggests they start selling their own mushrooms, eliminating transportation and storage costs, allowing them to charge higher prices.
