In Episode 28, despite Han Zi Qing being completely buried in sand, Jun Bei Yue and the others refuse to give up digging..Bai Li Wei Sheng digs frantically, as if possessed, and to his surprise, Li Ge also joins in! Han Zi Qing finally regains consciousness and notices the strange plants around her. She desperately tries to escape but ends up back where she started after wandering for some time. Just as she's at a loss, a poisonous plant ensnares her. It turns out that the Grand Master has cast a spell, declaring that people from the isolated island shouldn't exist in this world, and he demands that Han Zi Qing exile herself and become a puppet. He claims this toxic world is specifically designed for the islanders. Han Zi Qing screams in defiance, insisting she is not an islander, not Han Zi Qing, and does not want to become a puppet! The Grand Master is taken aback by her resistance, but realizes that the entrance to the barrier has disappeared, leaving him with no choice but to retreat and reconsider his plans.
Jun Bei Yue is brought back, completely unconscious. In his dazed state, he thinks he has grasped Han Zi Qing's hand, but in reality, Shi Liang is quietly smiling and firmly holding Jun Bei Yue's hand instead.
Meanwhile, Bai Li Wei Sheng sneaks into the library, hoping to find information about Ming Sha Mountain. When Elder Jin learns of his presence, he nearly jumps out of his skin. Bai Li Wei Sheng knows that Elder Jin fears the destruction of the texts, so he cleverly distracts him and manages to grab a book containing crucial information. However, as he tries to escape, Elder Jin splashes him with Seven Insects Powder. Fortunately, with the protection of Gold Scales, Bai Li Wei Sheng's arm is spared from serious injury. He quickly flips through the book and indeed finds a lead.
At the same time, Han Zi Qing is still trying to find a way out of the poisonous world, but before she can locate an exit, her stomach growls loudly. Starving, she succumbs to temptation and eats some fruit, despite knowing it's poisonous. As a result, she doubles over in pain and loses consciousness, all while hoping that Jun Bei Yue will come to her rescue.
Jun Bei Yue seemed to hear Han Zi Qing's silent cries and finally woke up. As soon as he regained consciousness, he asked about Han Zi Qing's whereabouts and rushed to leave to find her. Luckily, Bai Li Wei Sheng arrived just in time with the news that Han Zi Qing was trapped in a barrier, which could only be opened by someone from the Dream Clan. Jun Bei Yue immediately sent his shadow to the Dream Clan to seek help!
Meanwhile, in Nan Zhao, the Grand Master reported back. They realized they couldn't fully relax until they saw a body, and they also aimed to approach the Dream Clan. However, their targets were not the Dream Clan elders but rather Meng Lao Er and Meng Lao San, who were overlooked by their father. With a little provocation, Nan Zhao Wang convinced them to agree!
Jun Bei Yue's team couldn't get an elder from the Dream Clan, so Bai Li Wei Sheng set out to find the entrance to the barrier himself, while Li Ge headed for the Dream Clan. Li Ge's body couldn't hold out much longer, and he eventually collapsed at the doorstep of the Dream Clan elder's house. The Dream Clan members quickly helped him inside, and Li Ge soon woke up. Just as he was about to say something, the Dream Clan elder interrupted him, saying they would need to rescue him first. This caused Li Ge to faint again. The elder, initially reluctant to get involved, felt compelled to help.
Meng Lao Er and Meng Lao San, in their search for the barrier entrance, ended up at Jun Bei Yue’s location. Si Tu Hao Nan welcomed them in upon hearing they were from the Dream Clan, and to their surprise, they discovered that the entrance to the barrier was right in Jun Bei Yue’s room! It seemed Bai Li Wei Sheng was also making progress in his search.
