By coincidence, Lady Wan visits, claiming she was enchanted by Han Zi Qing's music. During their conversation, Lady Wan notices the dagger in Han Zi Qing's hand. Han Zi Qing quickly explains that it was given to her by Jun Bei Yue, though it originally belonged to Lady Wan. This revelation surprises both women, as Lady Wan admits to knowing Han Zi Qing’s mother, Mu Ci. She clarifies that they were old acquaintances and that the dagger rightfully belongs to Han Zi Qing.

Lady Wan also mentions that Han Zi Qing’s music reminds her of her mother, recalling a similar tune heard in the Wuxie Deep Gorge, stirring emotions in Han Zi Qing.

Before long, news reaches Lady Wan that Han Zi Qing and Jun Bei Yue plan to visit the Wuxie Deep Gorge. Without hesitation, she insists on joining them and suggests bringing Shi Liang along to help. Shi Liang immediately pledges his loyalty.

Just before their departure, the king summons Jun Bei Yue. Although he considers postponing their journey, Lady Wan proposes they leave first, and he will follow later.

On the way, Bai Li Wei Sheng feels something is off about Lady Wan but can't pinpoint why. Upon arriving at the ominously deep Wuxie Deep Gorge, he suggests they wait for Jun Bei Yue before taking action. Han Zi Qing agrees, but Lady Wan is impatient, compelling Han Zi Qing to proceed.

Not long after descending, they are ambushed by a group claiming the area is the Abyssal Sea, forbidden to outsiders. Lady Wan is puzzled, recalling that the Golden Jiao tribe was said to be extinct. Although the attackers are not particularly strong, Han Zi Qing handles them easily. However, their leader soon appears with reinforcements, surrounding them completely.

As the fight ensues, Bai Li Wei Sheng realizes their opponents are from the Silver Jiao tribe and hears a voice revealing their weakness lies in the navel. Just as he prepares to strike, he notices a sealed woman nearby. The Silver Jiao are soon overwhelmed, but Lady Wan attempts to harm Han Zi Qing. Fortunately, Xiao Sheng intervenes just in time to protect her.

Refusing to accept defeat, the Silver Jiao regroup for another attack. In desperation, Bai Li Wei Sheng employs the Golden Jiao secret technique. The sealed woman suddenly calls him "son," prompting the Silver Jiao to surrender. They reveal that Han Zi Qing's dagger is made from Golden Jiao scales, the very cause of the Golden Jiao tribe's demise.

Just then, Jun Bei Yue arrives, but Han Zi Qing has already been captured. He anxiously pleads with Lady Wan to break the barrier and rescue her, but she claims she lacks the power to do so. Jun Bei Yue can only watch helplessly as Han Zi Qing is taken away.

Afterward, Jun Bei Yue leads the group to Liuxian Island for recovery. Lady Wan's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, while the Zhuo Master appears unusually pleased. Aware that Xiao Sheng needs time to recuperate, Lady Wan subtly hints for Shi Liang to take action, suggesting that new troubles may be brewing.
