Episode 20 recap: Wang Rui Jie Discovers Qin Luo Ke's Identity
In Episode 20, Wang Rui Jie continues to extract information from the person across from her and finally realizes who he is—it's Qin Luo Ke. Cheng Han Yue also hears this, and Wu Yi Man is currently investigating his background, but she doesn't know the specifics yet, so more time is needed.
While speaking, Wang Rui Jie reveals that Qin Luo Ke has been expelled, and she believes he deserves it. With this information, Wu Yi Man is able to locate him. Qin Luo Ke states that he will set off a third bomb, set to detonate in 13 minutes and 14 seconds, symbolizing a lifetime together.
Wang Rui Jie insists she won't go and that there are plenty of bomb disposal experts available—she won't give Qin Luo Ke any chance. Qin Luo Ke counters that the third bomb is one she can't disarm. If she refuses to come, he will detonate it, sacrificing hundreds in the name of their love and leaving Wang Rui Jie to live with the guilt forever.
Wang Rui Jie asserts that she won't go either. If Qin Luo Ke wants to continue, he must play by her rules. Qin Luo Ke understands this is likely a trap, but Wang Rui Jie remains resolute in her decision. After hanging up, she rushes outside and starts to vomit.
